The Sheer Force Dip Attachment takes a different approach: it mounts directly to your existing rack uprights, using the same hole pattern already built into every Sheer Force rack product.

Mounts to the Rack. Height Adjustable.
The dip attachment attaches to the rack via the upright hole pattern — the same holes used by your J-cups and spotter arms. Move it to a higher or lower set of holes to dial in the height. Compatible with all Sheer Force rack products: the Squat Rack, Squat Stand, and Functional Trainer Rack.
33.7 mm Grip. Angled Inward.
The grip tubes are 33.7 mm OD — the standard for gym pull-up and dip stations, sized for a secure grip without unnecessary bulk. The handles angle slightly inward, which puts your wrists in a more natural position through the dip movement.
11-Gauge Steel
The frame is built from 11-gauge (2.9 mm) steel, consistent with the rest of the Sheer Force range. Finished in powder coat in standard black, red, or white.
