The 60 cm catch length gives you a wide, stable safety surface across the full range of rack-based movements. Made from 11-gauge steel and finished in powder coat.

The limiting factor for most home gym lifters isn’t strength — it’s confidence. Without a spotter or reliable safeties, you’re either leaving weight on the bar or taking a risk you shouldn’t be taking. Spotter Arms remove that limitation.
Swivel-Lock Mounting — No Tools Required
Each arm mounts via a 16 mm steel rod that drops into your rack’s upright and locks in position with a simple swivel. There are no bolts to thread and no tools needed — you set the height, insert, swivel, done. The same action removes them when you want to work without safeties. Fast enough that you’ll actually adjust them between sets rather than leaving them in a compromise position.
Compatible with all Sheer Force rack products: the Squat Rack, Squat Stand, and Functional Trainer Rack.
60 cm Catch Length
The catch surface runs 60 cm — long enough to cover the full width of a standard Olympic bar through any rack-based movement. Whether you’re squatting, bench pressing off pins, or doing rack pulls, the arm gives you a consistent, stable surface at whatever height you set.
Same Steel as the Racks
The arms are built from 11-gauge (2.9 mm) steel — the same spec used throughout the Sheer Force rack range. They’re finished in powder coat in the same colour options as our other products: black, red, or white.
