Barbell Jack
₹10,000
Change plates in seconds — no bending, no straining, no partner needed. The Sheer Force Barbell Jack slides under your loaded bar and lifts one end clear of the floor, so you can pull off plates and reload without breaking your setup rhythm. Works with both Olympic (50 mm sleeve) and standard (28 mm sleeve) barbells. Built from the same 11-gauge steel as our racks.
Stop Fighting Your Own Equipment
Every lifter knows the moment: you’ve just finished a heavy set, and now you have to crouch down and wrestle plates off a bar sitting millimetres from the floor. It slows your session down, taxes your lower back before the next set even starts, and is one of those problems that feels too simple to solve — until you have the right tool.
The Sheer Force Barbell Jack solves it cleanly.
How It Works
Slide the jack under one end of your loaded barbell. The lever raises that end of the bar clear of the floor. Pull off your plates, load the new ones, lower it back down. Switch sides, repeat. The whole swap takes seconds instead of minutes.
Built the Same Way as Our Racks
The frame uses 50 x 50 mm square tube in 11-gauge (2.9 mm) steel — the same spec we use across our rack range. The base support tubes are 60 mm OD round section, 150 mm long. At the top, a 5 mm bent sheet metal plate holds the bar, with all three inner faces lined with UHMW plastic.
Barbell Compatibility
The cradle opening accommodates 50 mm Olympic sleeves. Standard 28 mm barbells fit with room to spare.
