Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where there is a pricing or product error. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. In the event that a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the associated order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free delivery on all standard orders across India. A small number of remote or unserviceable pin codes may not be covered — serviceability is confirmed at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on coverage and timeframes.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not contractual guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking information so you can monitor your shipment. If your order arrives by courier with visible damage, the action you take at the time of delivery determines whether a claim is possible. For significant damage, refuse the delivery — do not sign the receipt. For minor damage, photograph the package and mark the receipt as damaged before signing. Then contact us or the courier promptly and we will help pursue it from there.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, procedure, and timelines. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by anything in these terms.

8. Warranty

Our products carry a one-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and material failures under normal home use conditions.
